These graphics are based on average temperatures and precipitation as compiled by NOAA's Local Climatological Data and Environment Canada's Canadian Climate Program.  (As each image is about 190K, it make take a few seconds to load).  Print them out.  Of note, there are only 34 days where the temperature is below 32 degrees F (or 0 Celsius) in Minneapolis, compared to Winnipeg's 62 days.  But Winnipeg has many more sunny days. All temperatures and wind speeds are in Fahrenheit and MPH.
